In some cases where a group is involved, and example must be made. [:@]Stupid people suck!! Probably a good idea to wait and get it fixed, but I'd be pissed every time I drove or walked by the car! If the scratches aren't deep (it looks like they're pretty bad) You could get them out with some rubbing compound and a DA type polisher. Good luck!!!

I detail my cars all the time. Been doing it forever now. Those scratches look like they went a hair past the clearcoat. However, a pro could get most of that out. I using a specific buffer, with great buffing and rubbing compound, with some sand paper, very smooth grit, with some spray wax, and then finish irt up with show car wax. So good luck.
