After I buy some lowering springs in a few days I'm gonna save up for a CAI and Tune, but I need the tuner as well. Im trying to find out what you guys think is the best CAI and Tuner.

Best performance? All of the major brand names shown on the brenspeed website are equivalent in performance. It's the tune that's the deciding factor. Brenspeed, Bama, Evolution and another few are the better tuners.

I have been hearing that S&B intake and an SCT tune are the better setup. That's coming from the local Arizona market. Anyone else have insight on this?

Agreed! Installed mine today! Cant say about the other tuners but from what i hear brenspeed and bama are the best!
