anyway, i just got back froma dyno tune and i'm not sure if i am happy or dissapointed. the tune looks good and it's right at about 13.2 a/f ratio all the way till red line. I made 301rwhp and 319 ft/lbs. my mods are in my sig. does this sound right?

 

What were the temp, altitude, air density?

 

Are you stick or auto? My5spdmade 281 with just a CAI and highflow catted H pipe. After my tune, and underdrive pullies it made 300 even.

Sounds close to right on your setup. I would think the headers and o/r x would put you up to 310 maybe.

 

In average conditions, I would say you should be at around 310-312rwhp with those mods. But you have much more information to provide before we can tell you our opinions

 

seems about right, i had similar numbers w/ similar mods.

 

i don't remeber the air density but the temp was about 72 and humidity was 15% and i am at sea level. the 301rwhp and 319ft/lbs was corrected. the uncorrected which was what i actually made today was around 320rwhp. what is the difference between corrected and uncorrected? i have the sheet but i do not have a scanner. i guess i could take a picture of it and try to post it.

It should not be corrected that much given an average temp and at sea level setting...interesting...

This is a good topic, because I just ordered a lot of my parts, and was wondering where I might end up after my intake, catless x-pipe, and axle back, and tune. I heard around 300rwhp and this pretty much confirms it.

Also I heard headers were not worth any real hp gains. What's the deal with that?
