Chin scoop - cost to paint?
has anyone had their chin scoop painted, and if so how much did you pay for it? I'm looking to order an unpainted classic CDC chin scoop, and I'll have to get it painted, I guess at an auto body shop or something.

that thing you have sticking out on the bottom of your front bumper, looks pretty bad ***

not sure why I had it stuck in my head to call it a scoop!

local auto body shop - $40, though i've seen many members claim +$150 at paint shops.

i asked the body shop to paint it a semi-gloss black, then they clear coated the entire chin.

$40 is pretty unreasonably low.
My body shop quoted me $100 to prep, prime and paint the chin spoiler but I already bought paint ($40) for the scoops that are being done at the same time. If I had to guess, it would be $150 if I wasn't having the scoops done at the same time.
It's better to just order the CDC classic painted for $350 shipped from LMperformance.
