sounds exactly like mine did when battery was dead. If you are still within your 3yr/36K warranty, Ford will replace the battery as warranty charge. After new battery, I got a Battery Tender Plus unit, no problems since. My 06GT sat in my garage for 4 days, and that's all it took to drain.. battery tender uses a float charge to keep it at 100%.

 

i think its the battery but if you drove it yesterday it could be a bad alternater and check your terminals
