Turn, Fog, Headlight Blackout S197

RE: Turn, Fog, Headlight Blackout S197
From personal experience with headlight covers, if you are going to black out the headlights, having the fog lights on IS A MUST. With both of them tinted, you will have a very, very hard time seeing at night. I used to have a set of head lightcovers on my F150, and before I installed the fog lights, I couldn't see a thing at night.
If they justsnap on the fog lights, I'd recommend taking them off during the night. No one is going to notice them during the night anyway.

Who the hell is going to take them off every time you drive at night!?.. atleast if its a daily driver.. i cant ever see that happening.. plus i would cuase extra wear and tear... i have noticed that those covers are pretty dark.. you should think about spray tinting them.. light shines throught ALOT better.. like their not even tinited (tail lgihts on mine).. but i dunno.. im consiering gettin these for my fogs.. but not the heads.. leave those alone most likely

yeah its a dd so taking off everytime is not an option. I dont wanna spray because i dont want it to be permanent. Anyone all all 4 GTS that can provide feedback on light getting through?

I have the Lund headlight covers. They snap on and off easily, once you have the hood open. They are great protection for the stock, plastic headlight covers, especially when on the highway.
They are very dark and, while sometimes I leave them on at night, I have to use my foglights. This is only on well-lit city streets. Out in the country I have to take the covers off or I can't see jack.
The logo is small, but not a sticker. I tried scraping it off, but it didn't work too well. Had to go over it with a felt-tip pen.
I suggest removable covers for a daily driver as if I get pulled over I can just say "oh, I forgot, officer!"
With the vinyl tint it might take a while to get them off! And then I'd be out the cost of the tint.
