Default New to the forum

New to the forum and im in the process of buying a 05 mustang gt. I already know a few things about these cars but there is always more to learn. just wanting to know some of the "tricks" of these cars, you know like small things. Whats good and whats bad for the cars, and what you do to keep them runing good. This site is filled with smart people and your cars look even better. thanks

My suggested "trick" is you close this web page and never come back to this forum again...save you a ton of $

Seriously though: check the TSBs, there have been lots of them since 05. They will give you an indication of where problems have been found. For example, Ford has done a redesign of both the front strut mounts and the mounting of the rear UCA since 05. Your car may or may not have been fixed but if you start hearing "popping" in the front suspension, for example,at least you'll know why.
