GEAR INSTALL $721 + PARTS!! IS THIS RIGHT?
Visited an FRPP Ford parts dealer today to get a price on installing 4:10s in an 06 Mustang GT...they quoted 8 hours and $721 + Gears + Parts + Fluids....this seems high as it would come to almost $1000 to get this done!!!
Where can I go in Atlanta to get this done without paying a fortune but still get a good job???

Dealers and preformance shops deal with different marketable products. Dealers are there to cater to the unformed crowd, and charge them the unessesarily high prices they beleive they deserve. Preformance shops are there to make things actually work.

I had my 4.10's installed recently and it cost $500 including the parts.
They alsoinstalled mysprings, struts and shocks the same day. Dropped it off at 10am, picked it up at 4pm.
