Well, love them or hate them, here are pics of my car with the new custom made Raceline wheels. The gray and red are exact color matched to my stripes. The red pinstriping has also been changed from 1/8" to 1/4" wide. New RECARO black leather seats with red inserts are going in as well. I've also gotten rid of the cf radiator cover and replaced it with a mirror polished stainless one from Mac Performance, along with fuse box cover. I know it stands way out, but this car is only a show car and very rarely driven, and custom styling brings home the awards and media coverage.

interesting, but you sir need bigger exhaust tips.

Thanks, guys! Originally the wheels were supposed to have a bit less red, but the powdercoaters erred and did this instead. When I first saw them, I was shocked and concerned how they'd look, but you can't really bitch when they are custom made for free![8D]Raceline Wheels is a new sponsor of mine, and now a new one for Stangpede, too, and they now make custom colored wheels. They can match any color to any wheel.Check out some of them on their website! When I got them mounted, I liked them, but am making changes to bring more red to the outside. These pics were taken right after mounting the wheels and tires. I don't yet have pics with the new red pinstripes. The new seats should be here shortly, and I will get more pics then. As far as the exhaust tips go, those pictured were the Magnaflow Magnapaks, and the tips were good sized. I removed and trashed that exhaust system and now have Mac Performance direct fit headers, Pro Chamber, cat back and axle backs on the car.

Hmm, I dunno. It's a bit to much. I think people really over do it with the new stangs.

Like I said, it's not a daily driver. It is strictly a show car, and is entered in major events as well as some smaller ones. It only comes out for shows/events and Mustang cruises. When showing cars, subtle and mild do not win any awards, or draw any crowds. Corporate sponsors also are not interested in subtle and non attention getting cars. I wouldn't have them without this.

Oh ok, I gotcha. Ya I agree. I thought it was your daily driver. I still think people over do it with the astetic mods on s197s tho.

I dont think it's over-done at all. However, I personally think it would look killer with a red stripe and the charcoal pinstripe. Regardless it looks sick. I actually contacted Red Line about a set of these wheels a couple weeks ago. The price is a little high for me: $436 each for 20x8.5 and $460 each for 20x10, plus $50 per wheel for the custom color, so I'd be talking about $2k just for the rims.
