Default Wheel from American Muscle

Hey everyone,

My stock Pirelli's have just about worn themselves out and it's time to get some new tires. I figured I mine as well get new wheels if i'm getting tires anyway, and was thinking of 18 x 9 Chrome DD Bullits from American Muscle.

Just wondering from those who have purchased wheels from AM, how is the quality?I also thought about getting the Shelby Torq Thrust Mwheels from tirerack but am thinking that with the money I save going with wheels from AM instead, I'll get some boomtubes as well.

I appreciate your feedback.

I purchased 2 sets of wheels from American Muscle with no issues. They seem like a very good company.

All the wheels I bought from them are very high quality. Good shipping materials and fast shipping.

I have the 18x9 American Muscle DD Bullits, only they are black instead of chrome. They are nice wheels, look very good, for the price I can't complain. A couple things that can be drawbacks depending on usage: no way you can fit bigger calipers on the car...no big brake kit in my future. They are on the heavy side, a bit heavier than the stock 17s. My advice is don't get the Sumitomo tires with them. I really don't like these tires, unless you get them nice and warm the grip is poor. They are trulysummer only tires.

Great company. Definately will buy from again. My valve stems actually became brittle and cracked thus causing air to leak out. They replaced them all for free!!! Talk about customer service!
