be thankful its just a UCA mount bolt... i've broken some bad bolts to break before. It sucks, and makes you torque like a little girl after that.

Kobalt bit didn't do jack cr$#. So far 20 dollars spent in bits, heres a lesson people titanium isn't going to cut it. I took it to a car shop, hopefully they can get the bi5235 out.

Twas about a mile from my house so I got the other two bolts in and drove real slow with a friend in a huge suv following me. Needless to say we had a long line of traffic after us.

My friend was also complaining about the cheapness of our bolts when we put the arms on.

I snapped one of mine when trying to break it free. I had my dad drill it out. The replacement bolt from Ford is like... $7. lol

I hope you bought Cobalt (as in cobalt metal) not the Kobalt brand drill bits. Kobalt brand drill bits are just titanium drill bits. Actual Cobalt bits are harder to find and are about $5.00 - $8.00 a bit but are stronger than titanium. I know as I almost the Koblat brand bit at Lowe's by mistake. If you haven't taken it in yet try and find these bits, you'll have to call around. Good luck with the repair.

Agreed. Cobalt bits work man! I used to break bolts off on my old Trans Am all the time, but I don't think I ever had one break that I couldn't drill out with a good cobalt bit.
