The FRPP X-pipe bolts to your tailpipes and to the rest of your midpipe. Your factory H will have to be cut and the FRPP X installed after the cats.

The Pypes kit is supposed to be bolt on. On my kit ('07 GT convertible) with the stock H-pipe I had to cut and weld at an angle the right side that was touching the fuel tank, it will probably fit better with the X-pipe.
It has a nice burbling idle, but it tends to resonate the door plastic at 2000rpm (need some Dynamat, I think)

The pypes will bolt up to the X and the X can either be clamped or welded to the front part of the exhaust, where you cut the H off.
