blown baffle in a flowmaster?
So,
Long story short, I dropped off my car for a new cylinder head.
20 days later, I get my car back.
As soon as I fire up my car, i noticed a VERY noticible difference in exhaust note.
At start up, it sounds like very metallic and raspy, then dropping back to normal sound while idling.
Start off from a stop, i hear it again, a low raspy sound, almost like a chevypick upwith a rusted out exhaust.
It doesn't sound great, but it doesnt sound horrible either.
Ripping it down the street , it sounds different, but you don't hear any metallic sounds or anything.
Dealer said they didn't touch the exhaust sytem, and I have no doubt they rat bagged my car, but it's gotta be pretty hard to blow a baffle in a muffler isn't it?
I don't even know how a muffler with a blown baffle should sound.
I have flowmaster 40's in the back.
Any ideas?
