I checked mine today and have major leaks on both sides. You wouldthinkFord would have fixed this on the 07's. Funny thing is, my 06 Vert doesn't have the leaks.

Zero time for me, and yes lots of rain lately in FL.

Do they know at least, where fromthe water is coming in?
Seems to me if they did, you wouldn't have to keep going back for refix.

Just checked NC Lemon Law (in case they can't fix it). Problem has to show up within 2 years or 24K miles. I just turned 24,200 miles. Figures.

Three times a charm in Ohio. However, you have to show that the problem substantially impares the use of the vehicle.

NC here also. Took mine back to Capitol Ford in Raleigh where I bought it. Gave them the TSB number and it was fixed with no problem. Didn't cost me anything but time.

Did they say where your leak was and how they fixed it? Did they have to "prove" it was leaking first or did they just take your word for it?

In case it's not obvious, this is the fuse box area with the trim and rug removed. The classic and notorious Water Leak. If I could post more pics, you'd see that it goes all the way up to the white foam above the fuse box.

So I have the TSB and I've read all the threads, but just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to handle this when I take it in to the dealer. 24K miles, still in warranty.
