Default Rattle after warms up

I have an 08 GT with a rattle, I've searched this forum but I couldn't find any results. The strange thing is that my rattle only happens after the cars warmed up. It sounds like it's coming from the tranny area and only happens from 1800 - 2000 rpm but only with a slight load on the car, like going up a slight hill. Anyone else have this problem?

Its probably only a loose heat shield. They are
abundant under the ol stang.
Do you sill have the OE exhaust set-up or aftermarket?

I have the spydershaft anda CAI/tune. I went and banged on everything down there, but I didn't hear anything.... it's so weird. The heat shields seemed quite, maybe I'll pull them off and drive it to make sure.

May be the separator plate between the trans and engine. Mine is at the dealer right now being fixed.

does it happen whenu start it up in the morning...and when driving at kinda low speeds...if so it might be just a bearing going out in the transmission...i just had my tranny replaced...however a little rattling and a little shaking is normal for the new mustangs
