3M tape is much more affected by temperature than anything. Once it's on, water can't get between the tape and the surface you're mating it to. I wouldn't worry about it a bit.

Well it's been raining for a couple hours now and I went for a drive. They are still there, so that's good. Looks like I'll be fine.

I just put the Xenon set on my girlfriend's car. I'm glad it's got a spot in the garage, because it's raining. I'm more worried about the temperature and humidity than the water itself. I had to heat the damn scoops up to get them to fit right though.[:'(]

hey bro, glad to hear you finally got them on. when i put them on originally it was like 40 degress outside and i just used a blow dryer to heat up the 3m. i went for a drive the very next morning and they stayed on until i pried them off and sold them to you. send a pic soon, congrats!
