Are they needed if I get Kooks with high flow cats? I was at my local shop today and learned that many companies have stopped making them because of pressure from the EPA and such. Has anyone had a problem passing inspection with Long Tubes and no MIL emilinators?

 

you shouldnt with high flow cats....if you want have the tuner turn off the rear O2s, then when its inspection time, load the tune with them turned on.....no problems
