is it possible to have done? i know its going to be costly but i want something different then the glass roof.

 

just talking out of my butt here, but i know they do that glass top, so i don't doubt it's possible to more or less take that idea and modify it a little. It probably wouldn't be the best looking because i believe the supports that run along the side above the window stay intact with the glass panel. It would probably be pretty dangerous running risk of twisting the frame. Convertibles are reinforced in different areas to compensate for no top, standard top cars really are meant to stay that way. But then again...money can do wonders.

 

id put in some braces and subframes. photoshopers can you do me a favor?

that place looks like it does some ghetto *** body work.. like the window scoops on that 03 Cobra and the rear spoiler on the targa Mustang[:-]

... not to mention the targa hole doesn't even look like it lines up with the window line[&:]

 

These cars would look sweet with a targa top.
