Anyone having a hard time getting a price from Mike at Cruizin Concepts? I've been trying since saturday to get a price on some rims/tires. I've sent him several pm's and e-mails. Maybe him seeing this thread will help.

I kind of prefer doing things via e-mail or PMs so I have documentation of what was said. Call me skeptical.

When I got my new 18's this year, I got a quote from Am. Muscle in minutes. I tried Curizin Concepts and it took them 6 days to reply. By that time I had already ordered from Am. Muscle...

Tried Cruizin Concepts, still have two orders out there and been waiting two months for wheels and tires, they are in my garage from American Muscle after a great price and only a few days they were delivered. Cruzins communication is non existant! American Muscle will price match and free shipping on top of that. That saved me over $120 just on shipping and the best price on wheels!!

 

I just got my wheels from Cruzin Concepts very fast shipping products seems good, but they sent 1 unbalanced wheels, and over charged by $150.00 I have been trying to get a hold of Mike but he won't respond to e-mails or call me back.

 

My point exactly... there seems to be some hidden costs buried in the final deals hoping no one will notice and just like the wheels... they will tell you all of your emails must be accidently lost in a spam folder and they are not getting them if you ever get ahold of them or if they post on here defending themselves.... gee i would really delete that spam folder in leiu of customer service!!!
