Default Gas questions

As everyone knows gas is getting crazy high everywhere. I just had some questions and wanted some opinions from everyone. With all my mods when I fill up I only get 220 miles on avg until empty. With gas prices this high and me filling up every 5-6 days (daily driver) this is gettingbad. I was wondering howeveryone with mods and daily drivers deal with it? You don't care because your rich? You have more then 1 car? I just want to know if anyone with mods similar to mine (see in my signature) how are they doing with gas.

I feel for you. I have no mods but do enjoy 425 per tank. What sucks is I drive 400 miles a week so even with the good mpg, I still feel the crunch to a tune of $225 a month.

Yea. Last tank was only 410. I get 27 mpg on the highway at 57 mph. The speed limit on our 2 lane, no shoulder highway is 55 so that is why I drive that speed everyday on my 80 mile commute.

you must drive a lot on the highway to get 425 per tank. Even before my mods I was only getting 275-280 per week in the city driving. Highway i got between 300-320 before mods. I mean I did lose about a day or 2worth of gas by getting my mods but sometimes I feel its worth it other times I don't. It's all because of this damn gas getting higher each day and will only be getting worse so i've heard.

Yea, that mileage is ALL highway at 57 mph. And driving like an ole lady to boot. I gotta do all I can because my gas bill is so high each month. Wish I lived closer but medical condition forced us to move to a lower altitude.

I'm doing about the same... 220 miles per tank.. All I can do is grin and deal with it... Gas prices are what they are.. Nothing is going to make it any better... If the cost is killing you that badly maybe look into a cheap used car with great gas mileage for a daily driver...

There is a VW Diesel that gets 60 mpg on the highway. Of course it's not sold in the states since it doesn't meet the EPA requirements...

I was actually thinking about taking the bus to most places and leave my mustangin the garageexcept for summer times. It's not even fun to drive my mustang in the winter lol

Wonder where they are selling it? Europe's air quality standards are higher than ours.
