Why would the throttle body go wild though? And why does the car think its on when the key is out? Also, I loosened the nut on the battery connector and it still won't budge. How the hell do I get the damn thing off.
Well, reseting the battery didn't work... I think. Now just the alarm goes off full strength. None of the other funky stuff though. I guess it may just need a jump. Hopefully that will fix it all.

what you heard was the throttle motor on the throttle body... motor opens/closes throttle plates.. it was trying to draw proper current and couldn't. It's the silver cone-like module on the driver's side of your TB.
