Omg.. you got the G-tech before me??? AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I wanted to be fist.. sheet

does it have the picture of the mustang on it? tell me all about it.. more pics... whereare you going to place it? does it have to be there on the winshild??
whats up lostsoul....it has the picture of the stang when you start it up...its like a dot-matrix screen kind of a crappy lookin though...its a very cool piece of equipment..i'm still trying to figure out how it knows when you cross the 1/4 mile mark...you have to do an RPM calibration which is kind of a pain in the ****...after that it pretty much does all the work...i think i'm gonna leave it portable so i can put it in other vehicles

dude.. I don't want to burst your bubble cause you seem like a nice guy, something just doesn't seem right about those #'s.
The 0-60 seems about right for the mods you've done. The 1/4 mile ET and MPH seem wrong, 12.2 at over 109 for an auto with stock gears, tires and the mods you have seems nearly impossible, and the horsepower looks about right, but the torque seems way low..? Again not calling BS on your part, just seems a little inconsistant with all other testing thats been done so far.

the acceleromoters are so accurate that they can tell how far you have traveled.

I say the G Tech had a brain fart and high 12's to low 13's are more realistic. I will probably buy one though just to see how it compares to the strip.

i bet the slight down hill grade fd it up good. rember it doesnt know how far you have actually travled, all it know is the acceleration it can detect.

hey i'm just the messenger .like i said there is a margin for error..did I really run a 12.2 1/4 maybe , maybe not...i know for damn sure that i didn't run a 14.36 but that was what it showed....sometimes torque isn't even registered, the gtec has to be calibrated to a T to avoid false readings..in which i haven't spent too much time doing yet..its not gonna be perfect but will give you an idea of what your running...out of ten runs my average was 13.29

Do you have a local track you can run your car at? 12.20's are what I would call stupid fast for any true street car. I am hoping to get to my local track in a few weeks to see what mine will run.
