possible fix to dead battery

Whatever they did wrong building the GT they also duplicated when they came out with GT500.[:@]

The battery was dead in the 500 this morning...

problem solved... the combination of the power outlets being switched and the extra battery have drastically increased the time till the battery goes dead. I even purposely left all the accessories running one night and the next morning it started right up. the voltage went down to 11.9 after a solid night of runnin. Might not be the most practical but problem solved... wonder next winter if it'll be able to just sit for three months without starting

...just in case anyone wants to know how to make the power outlets switched. i used fuse #3 in the fuse box on the passenger side to tap into andthensnipped the power cable of both power outlets (but not the ground (black) cables), and then connected them to each other and spliced them into the fuse tap. violatwo switched power outlets

the fuse is for the wiper motor/blower fan
