just installed a K&N CAI
As my 1st officilal mod, I put a K&N CAI in my '08. Wasnt very difficult for being not very mechanically inclined.
I can definately feel the difference though. I am sure it will be 10X better with a tune, but.. for now I am gonna go without one.
