It does. and sorry if i sounded a little testy there. I just meant that there are lots of things on our cars that aren't exactly functional, but make them look good. As far as the original post, I think anyone that installed one themselves could probably reason that it would be a PITA to remove the 3M tape

Rogan, are you sure you're not overreacting a bit? It wasn't even a Roush scoop the OP had a problem with. Ordered mine last week, having it painted in the next couple of weeks and putting it on ASAP with the tape AND the bolts. Whether you like the look of the scoop is simply opinion and personal taste but to like the idea and then scrap it because of one person basically saying "be careful" seems a bit of a knee jerk reaction to me. JMO though

Nonfunctional hood scoops have a function: they look good.

Most 'functional' scoops that everyone refers tohave one otherfunction: getting the engine bay dirtier.

There are very few functional scoops, ones that direct the airflow to the intake.

ORIGINAL: acascianelli

I've actually been tempted to buy the side scoops from the GT/CS. I don't know why but I really like the way they look.
+1. Where can I buy those, do you know by any chance?
