I had Razzi scoops on the 07 and never had any problem, although only ever had a few auto touchless washes!!

I just read, by total coincidence, a story in today's LA Times about how corrupt the regular car wash owners are here!
They talk about Blue Wave, which is just down the street and where i used to go before I got lowered and new rims. It's not touchless, as they have workers all over. They vacuum out my car, apply the soap and wash it and all machines do it rinse and blow dry the car. But a guy still has to take about 10 minutes to dry off my car, with all the hard-to-get-to places on these new Mustangs!
In the article they say how these hard-working guys weren't even getting paid minimum wage! Now I feel really bad about only tipping them a buck or 2. I guess i should have been giving these guys about $5 (or less if they did a poor job).
I'm not going to any of those places again and my even stop by to let the rich SOB owner know I'm going to tell all my friends to avoid the place. I have total disrespect for someone who takes advantage of their employees, even if they are illegals. They are breaking Federal Labor laws just because they don't get caught and fined each time it happens.
Check in your neightborhoods and let others know that the $12-14+ they spend at the regular car washes is sometimes going all into the owner's pockets!

Ok, lets see who I can make cringe... I drive my cars. Rain, sun, wind and snow, if I need to go somewhere I don't think twice about it. I use the drive through car washes in the winter because I want to get the salt and other crap off the car. I havn't had any issues and the original paint on my Cobra at 160k miles still looks great. I hand wash in the warmer weather and spring and fall I do a quality wax.
