How careful do you have to be with the car going into spots? My car has the stock suspension.....do I need to worry about clearance issues with the CDC aggressive???

Yes you do. I think more for the fact that it sticks out in frontof the car more and thus the angle between the front of the car and your wheels is lessened greatly. I've scrubbed mine more than once on inclines I thought were perfectly fine. I even had to change my parking structure because it was just to close of a fit.
