call roush they are very easy to deal with . i didnt have any issues with mine.

Both. There's bits on both the body and the window to hold the brackets.

Weird! I just installed my set today and it was very straight foward and they fit awsome. The only adjustment I had to do is very slightly bend the two rear brackets because they were to flat and needed to be slightly contoured. And I'm talking SLIGHT bend, I did it on one of the studs in my garage. I just had to take my time to make sure the brackets were installed correctly, the right direction. Another key is you need to make sure that the template is installed with NO slack from folds what so ever, keep it flush.
