Default RECALL

I recieved a recall notification for my 07' Mustang GT/CS. It has something to do with the Airbag causing serious injury/ death to short individuals. I don't have all the detail on it as I'm cuurently in Iraq and my wife informed me of the recall. But I figured there may be some folk who would like this info.

And...in case anyone was going to ask: IF you have a custom tune installed DONT worry, the recall will NOT affect it.

gotta admit, I was worried about them reflashing the computer or something. should we reflash to stock and reinstall stock airbox before it being repaired?

(easy, but a PITA for a passenger airbag that might hurt a small girl if not seatbelted. Everyone riding in my car is belted

Good! I was wondering.

I took my car in a week ago to get the separator plate rattle TSB taken care of, and I told the service guy that I was running an aftermarket tune and that I did NOT want them to reflash the computer under any circumstances. He agreed, but to make sure the message was clear, I left a note hanging from the signal **** with big black letters saying "DO NOT REFLASH COMPUTER!"
