CDC now offers a new carbon-fiber light bar for s197's, but I am having a hard time finding quality pictures or reviews of how it looks. Their website does not offer many pictures at all other than small thumbnails, and when I called them they said they didn't have any pictures they could send me. Sounds fishy to me.

I think a carbon-fiber look might look good, but it may also clash with my dark-charcoal interior. I may stick to the standard dark-charcoal light bar but a carbon-fiber look might look sharp. I've been searching for pics with no luck. Certainly someone has purchased one and has installed it.

I posted this in the vert section but haven't had much feedback. Is there anyone out there that has this or possibly has seen pictures?

If its coming from CDC i wouldnt be to worried about it being fishy. They are a proven company and make great products. I think it would look sweet. If it were me i would get it.

I think such a large piece of carbon fiber will look crappy in a car that has next to none... A flat black would match your car/interior very well. If you had the carbon fiber - weave looking dash then maybe... Not a fan of the carbon fiber look myself though.

Mustang3GT07, I didn't mean to suggest CDC was fishy. I know they are a very reputable company. I'm just surprised that their customer service guy told me they had no pictures of their product that they could offer me. I even told him I was a potential customer.

Menace, great points. I do not have the carbon fiber weave dash. The solid flat black light bar might be my better choice, but I also want to be different and look into how the carbon fiber would look on my triple-black car. There is someone out there that can help me.

well, you'd think anything on their flyer would also be on the website. Did you get a good look at it?

I've seen cars at show that had that bar.
It's well made.

Are you talking about the carbon fiber one specifically or the CDC in general?
I am 100% sold on a CDC light bar, just trying to decide between the flat black one or the carbon fiber one.
