Default Shaker 1000 head replacement

Can anyone suggest a Head Unit? I have a s1000 and am looking for a HU amped w/fm, blue tooth, xm, hd, cd/dvd, and ipod that will hook up to the s1000 speakers/amps for under 500?? There are 2 on crutchfield, a Pioneer AVH-P4000 DVD and a "Valor" (never heard of) ITS 703W

Thanks, but I have no use for GPS. My commute is just over 2 miles and that doesn't justify $200.

Im a step below you and getting the avh p3200dvd. Id stick with pioneer. Most rave about the increase in sound quality. Its just driving me nuts trying to figure out the amps for the doors and trunk. Do the amps use two rca cables each or just one? All the harnesses Ive seen only have a red and white.
