Default adding a H pipe

If i add a H pipe, would i have to delete/change my cats?? Can i use stock headers??

I'm running the Roush Off-Road Exhaust, what would be a great H pipe??

Well, yeah.. An Aftermarket H pipe.. To gain a few more horses.. Or would the route of an X pipe be better?? I'd like to keep my cats..

X pipe will give you a few extra HP than a H pipe will.

H pipe will give you more low end and better muscle car like sound, X pipe will be better for mid to upper hp but has a raspy sound. I have a pypes h that I got from Brenspeed and could not be happier with it.

Unless you lose your cats, you're not going to be gaining anything over the stock set-up. The stock exhaust system utilizes a H Pipe. If anything just lose your cats and go with a O/R H Pipe set-up .. Personally, I don't like the way the S197 sounds with no cats. Losing the cats will give you a gain of about 3-4 rwhp.
