Default New Wheels

Just installed 255/45ZR-18 Toyo Proxes 4 on Chrome 18x9 American racing Torq ThrustM. The things just barely fit.

too small?

I ordered new rims with the Yoyo T1R
18x8.5 = 255/45/18
18x9.5 = 285/40/18

Should ship Monday.

No, too big. the nine inch rims barely fit on the front and just reach the edge of the fender wells.

Do you know the offset?

Yeah, what is your offset?
I have the AR Torq Thrust M's (Shelby Edition) and my specs are:
18x9 34mm offset fronts
18x10 45mm offset rears

They tuck nicely, but I have ZERO room between the spoke and caliper. In fact I doubt I could slide a sheet of paper between the two. I have no idea how they don't rub.

Originally the shop I bought them from ordered me the incorrect offset. They originally ordered them in the 24mm offset and the rears stuck out nearly a inch outside the fenders. I hated the look and they fixed it. I do believe there was more clearance with the brakes though.

My biggest issue with these wheels is the only brake upgrade I'llbe able to make is a drilled rotor and pads. I won't be able to go with the big brake kits apparently.

Whats the offset?
I have 18x8.5 50mm offset
and was thinking about 255/45-18s.
But if they barely fit......
