"Prof Katima, the Dean of Faculty of Mechanical and Chemical Engineering said gas emissions from burning a single plastic bag is capable of disrupting sexual characteristics of an individual to the opposite sex."
’Burnt plastic bags can be extremely hazardous to human beings, because it causes disruption of hormones. This may lead to the transformation of male persons behaving like female, whereas females exhibit male characters,’ said Prof Katima."
Do you guys thinkI look fat?

"A plastic shopping bag has fused itself to my mid-pipe and is slowly being melted away"
This was my first thought when I started reading your post. I in fact had the same thing happen back when I lived in Holland and drove a Peugeot 405 sedan. I stopped, looked all around the vehicle, but could not see where it was. Popped the hood and saw nothing. But the smell was horrid. When stopped in front of a light it smelled, when driving the smell went away.
I went to a mechanic friend of mine immediately and put the car over the hole. He asked for a spatula when he got under the car. I gave it to him and he showed me the remains of a plastic bag. There was still some left, but the smell was practically gone after that. We both laughed really hard, our initial thoughts of a major short somewhere proven unfounded.

I have had that same thing happen to me... it smelled damn bad!
Good news is - it will eventually go away.
Driving at high speeds on the highway for about an hour will shorten the life span of the alien!
I used to have a 94 Corvette... hit a "floater" on the highway and it stuck to the intake of my car... the RED idiot light came on and I started smelling antifreeze, so I pulled over - saw the plastic - said a few well chosen cuss words and pealed it off of the front of my car.
If you didn't like having that plastic on your pipe - - WAIT until you have a SKUNK hung under your car!

At least this was not a
"I parked on some dry grass and my stang burned to the ground"
post. It happens more than one would think.
A cop car burned on Fox COPS just the other week.
He parked on some dry grass and the next thing he
knew, he was on fire.
