Front Bumper Removal
So I am about to take my car apart and start installing my Cervinis front end and side skirts but I was wondering if anyone knows of a walk through(Like tacobill's) for removing the front bumper...I should be fine but itwould be nice to have it to fall back on if I get stuck on something
Thanks
Josh

Do a search for GT500 front end. I've seen a couple on the forums of guys who have documented pretty well with pictures and explanation the removal of the front end when they were replacing it with the GT500 front end.
It's self-explanitory once you dig into it. Remove the plastic cover over the radiator and take out the bolts you see. If I remember right there areonly 2up there under the hood area. The hard part is getting the bolts up in the wheel wells. There are 2 for each side.
Really, it's not hard. Takes 5 minutes to figure out, maybe 30 to remove it.

You'll need a 10mm socket and a screw driver
It goes alot faster when you take off the front wheels because then you can take out the fender walls. Once you take those out you can get to the bolts to drop the bumper a lot easier. The top part is easy to figure out

Midway down on page 14 is the conversion how to. You'll just need the 1st half for removing the bumper.

Wow....much easier than I thought! I can do that and have someone else assist with the new bumper and holding that in place so as not to scratch it! Thanks Mellow!!!!!!! J
Thanks for the info guys even though I didnt get to read it until now (after I am done install) because the computer at my shop wasnt working....Everything went pretty smooth (front bumper was easier then anything)....I will have pics and more info posted up later today
Simplex, it's not hard at all.
You can do this by yourself, even for reinstall.
Put 2 lair of masking tape on the fenders so you don't scratch them.
See picture.
