you might want to wait more than 20 minutes before expecting an answer to a topic that's been covered several times!
Use the MF search or Google to search for the answer. Most previous posts here are on Google or many other search engines.

Or just go to the Ford Accessory site and buy the product you need:

TripTunesâ„¢
Part Number: 6R3Z-19A464-AA
MSRP: $50.00

Take your tunes on the road! Now you can connect portable audio players (MP3, iPod,® iRiver,® SanDisk,® etc.), plus portable CD and cassette players, right to your in-dash radio. Just plug your player into the harness – a 3.5mm stereo connector provides the interface so you can listen to music through the radio’s speakers and control the volume. Audio connection is housed securely in your vehicle’s glovebox or center console. "Dealer Installation Recommended" Some models require an additional antenna adapter, please check with your local dealer for details.

Depends on what you want. I wanted one that allowed me to connect the ipod and never have to touch it again. I ended up buying one made by Peripherial but later had to remove it due to conflicts it created with the dash (It caused error codes). The company basically issued a recall, but I have heard they have re-released them again and alot of people are using them trouble free. This type of version allows you to use the ipod completely by just using the radio buttons. When mine worked, it was awesome. My brother had one in his mustang that just ran through the radio but you still had to grab the ipod to change songs and all that. Once he saw mine, he immediately changed over to the same thing and actually is still running his Peripherial one at the moment.

There is another brand of one that hooks up and works the same way. It isa bit more expensive, but I havent heard of one problem with it once its installed. I will probably install this one too when I get around to it. It is made by Brandmotion. Here is a link: http://www.brandmotion.com/products-ipod-adapter.php

Hope this helps.

www.mossmustang.com
has the new iPod control interface unit
in their spring sale catalog.
It might not work for an 05 or 06 model.....
