Default strut bar.

I was wondering if they make a decently priced rear strut bar for the 05+ stangs?

granitelli is charging upwards of 200bux for one. Too ritch for my blood. Also anyone know where I can get a bullit front bar? Id like one of those as well.

MossMustang sells rear. They have a set of 3. I got all of them, but the top one didnt fit correctly. It wasnt long enough to reach the mounting points on both sides at the same time. The middle one was real snug and hard to position, but its in. The bottom one worked perfectly. They are all made of aluminum, so they are light, look great, and the bottom one helps keep things in place. Depending on what your trying to keep in place.

Front one is real nice as well.

I hear it only really makes a difference for verts. Would the rest of us who already have front/rear sway bars benefit from a little extra rigidity? Or is it purely cosmetic at this point?

pretty sure that there is 00.00 GAIN from these.. and IMO is all cosmetic.. but for $30, and some red paint, tidies up the engine bay a little bit..

FYI:

Original Strut Tower Brace for 2007-2008 Shelby Mustang GT500.

This strut tower brace is designed to solidify the front suspension, by limiting strut tower flex. It is designed specifically for the GT500, to clear the factory installed supercharger.

It can be used on V6 & GT if the GT500 hood is used to allow additional clearance.

I bought the front one from blueoval a while back. The strut tower brace I got was actualy pretty nice. Maybe its just me but it feels I bit more stable on the front going through the twisties. The front seems better planted.

I want the one that goes in the trunk to solidify the side to side it gets in the twisties. Its just a band aid setup until I get my roush suspension kit.

I would be crawling underneith and see if you have the stock
K-Member braceor if they left it off at the factory before even
worrying about a strut tower brace. []
