1st go get some 60# injectors
2nd upgrade your fuel pump

3rd goget another dyno run with a per-cat sensor

and if its still 12.7'ish

then get a retune or forged inerds
He allready has the dual gt500 pumps. The 38lb injectors that come with the whipple kit are probably maxed out. Your MAF is probably pegged as well and adding a Mafia should fix that if it is part of the problem. What is your fuel pressure at WOT?

After having my shift light installed i decided on a couple of pulls on the dyno. I am running the 12 psi pulley witha whipple tuneon a stock block. 93 octane.
Final Numbers:

525 rwhp
460 ft lbs Torque A/F 12.7
13 lbs of boost ( Thats what theytold me)

maybe you should get the 10 psi pulley and retune it. the kit was designed for the 10# pulley not 12. i'm no tuning guru, but i think if you go w/ the 10# pulley to match the rest of the HO kit, your a/f will be safer, less hp tho.

Wow...Awesome power, but when I think of that much power coming from stock internals I keep remembering that side by side picture of the stock connecting rods and a toothbrush.

good number..but scary..just can say good luck...and dont go to the track and blow it before u get new internals..
If I were you,I would get a new short block before the 12.7....like guys say,450 rwhp is the max for stock motor bro...good luck again..

If you get the 60# injectors you will need a new custom tune for them. Your tuner is an idiot imo.. That **** aint cool at all.

i've read that someone else on another forum just put in the HO kit, but it put out 12 psi w/ the 10# pulleyw/ 498 rwhp on the whipple tune but the a/f was 11.7. kinda weird, but in a nice way.

Vic....JMO but go to a different shop. Yes the numbers are great and the car runs fine now but be careful and get a A/F ratio gauge and fuel pressure gauge ASAP to monitor the motor for the duration! I would never go to a shop that uses a tail pipe sniffer as it is NOT nearly as accurate as one that uses A/F ratio from the O2 sensor in the exhaust before the CATs JMO but congrats and glad you are happy and get a second opinion from a shop that uses the latter of this post for accurate measurements of A/F ratio's..... J

I have been driving with setup for over three months now with no issues...I defitnetly will check into the Air Fuel ratio...Could it have been the way it was mesured ?..I believe they used the tail pipe sniffer
EDIT: My A/F ratio was 11.5-11.2 across the board (up to 6700 RPMs) on 3 dyno pulls with the A/f ratio measured before the CATs
