Man, what a horror story.
I know you're in the heat of the moment, but after time goes by, revisit your dream.
I'd look into a local graphics shop, one that puts decals on police vehicles, etc.
They should be able to design, cut and install whatever stripe pattern you want for less than just buying a kit online.
That's the route I took and I couldn't be happier.

WTF.. how in the hell did that take off paint after only being on for a couple of hours..
it should peel right off unless he didn't use any solution and ripped it off like a bandaid[&:][:-]

How much does it cost to paint a roof anyway. Cant be that much considering most guys say it cost around 400 for a hood to be painted wich is actually bigger then the roof on this car so???? Did you take the $300?

Im still at work guys and i get home late soo when i do get up tomorrow morning il take a snapshot of the area that got ripped up by the stripe. he used wet method to apply and already squeegeed the water out so the stripes on the top were set good for about 2 hours.
No clue why that area was weak , peeled the paint right off.
Guy said "Il paypal ya the 300$ tonight when i get home from work"..lol checked paypal a few times already this evening and he hasnt sent anything.
Im gonna keep this updated for sure, my sights are set and when im on target watch the hell out!

OH man cmon i think you should have gotten something written down that he would pay up. Do you have proof that he did the work for you? Because if you dont, i doubt your getting anything....
