Curious from the owners of 05 mustangs GT's, what is your avg gas mileage?

 

I average 21-22 normally, which is a mix of in town and interstate driving(~80).

On the 2 lane highway(~65) the I get 25 average, in town I have no idea, never drive that many miles without leaving town.

 

My gas mileage has been terrible. Of course, I am 'running through the RPMs' to break it in, but still...

I am sure it will improve, but it is not good now. I filled up the first time at 180 miles on the odometer, the second time at 400 miles and I am at about 1/4 tank at 600. Just an FYI.

 

Funny, I just passed 3K, and haven't even checked my MPG
I guess I decided it didn't matter to me because it wouldn't change anything
I must admit, the gas price is starting to hurt a little, but I just can't get myself to
pull off in one of the other cars [sm=happy046.gif]

 

Mine says I get 18 mpg. I get about 16 around town and I have seen as much as 25 on the interstate.
