The interior dome lights in my '07 isn't turning on when it's supposed to - I think ... grrrrrr....
When you're inside your car, and you press the buttons for the dome lights, aren't they supposed to come on (irregardless if the car is on/off/moving or not)? Mine doesn't turn on until the car is off ... and they turn on only sometimes. Other times, they will only turn on when I have the door(s) open and the dome light switch is set to "on", and when I close the door, the lights go off (even though the switch is still "on").
Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?? I'd rather not take it to the dealership. TIA.

Water leak on the SJB?
The dome light switches ground the bulbs independent of the SJB.
They should work as an override for the SJB dome light function only.
