towing rope hookup?

what's the best place to hook up arope to be towed in s197behind another vehicle?
i.e. NOT a towing truck.

I dont know if hes asking where to hook a rope to tow another vehicle with a S197 or where to hook a rope to tow a S197 lol but yah either one is a horrrrrible idea
