Default How to switch hoods?

Well yesterday I finally changed out my V6 rear spoiler and Muffler for the GT take off spoiler and muffler (painted black with polished tip). The muffer took maybe 30 minutes while the spoiler took 2 and a half hours to take off and 30 seconds to put on. I HATEall that 3M tape! It all looks good though. Well anyway the last part I have sitting in my room is my OEM style carbon fiber hood, it has the holes for the washer fluid nozzles and such.

My questions are does the old heat shield justpop off or will it be ripped apart. And how do I switch out the washer nozzles? Thanks a lot, Tyler

dont know about the washer nozzles, but the heat shield comes off pretty easy with a trim removal tool. i got mine off in like 10 minutes.

But is it useable again or are you ripping out those little pieces that hold it to the hood?

its usable again if youre careful. there are about 13 plastic clips that hold it on use one of these:

the liner is resuable and came out with only a few indents where i had to dig the tool in a bit. i ended up breaking 2 of the clips, but you can buy those cheap anywhere except from ford. they wanted like 4 bucks a clip, lol. [&:]
