ORIGINAL: torch red

They work..It really helps with the turn in..i have alot of suspension pieces, but i decided to try it with out it and again with it on..

I definitly felt a difference in a tight turn ..Front of car stays nice and flat..it works.. I mean its not a must...but when i do something i go all out..

My car can hang with anything out there...a little more wight yea..but worth it IMO

On a vert, they might help a bit. They are purely aesthetical on a S197 coupe. Bottom line.

They aren't there for handling improvement, they are there for ride improvement. Bumps have higher frequency input than steering inputs. That higher frequency stuff does shake the towers, and the bracing helps stiffen it and let the shock do it's job of absorbing bump energy.

I also have the Edelbrock brace on my convertible.
Well worth the $125.00 on a vert.

This Shelby one actually uses 4 mounting bolts per side and the
bracket is formed to fit the OEM top strut tower stamped steel
and lock into place placing no sideways load onto the upper strut
bearing mounting bolts. This is the only one I would even consder
for price and functionallity if I was ever wanting to purchase one.

I'd be getting a K Member Brace with Torque Limiters before a Strut Mount Brace for sure.
