Default HID conversion kits from E-bay

Hey, I saw some old posts about people trying kits from seller hidgate on ebay. I just wanted an update on if you have had any problems with them or if they are still working fine. I would also like to know if they are single or dual beam. They seem like a pretty good deal for only 70 bucks. Here is a link to the current ones for sale. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/H1-H3...QQcmdZViewItem

o ya.. about the dual beams.. the way that the bulb (h13) is designed is that its a dual beam.. and i cant see why the HID would be any diff..

its possible.. but i beleive they use somewhat of a similar design for the bulbs.. dunno for sure tho... just my guess

I bought a Pilot Bi-Xenon kit from jackelect for my V6. The guysells veryhigh qualitykits that include the relay harness, ships quicklyand stands behind them 100%. I do not hesitate in recommedning him to others.

I like the kit you showed GTStang. They offer a 2 year warranty compared to only 1 year for most other kits. I'll send him a message asking him if they are dual beam or not. I don't think all kits are dual beam because if you look on americanmuscle.com, they sell two different kits, one for low and one for high/low.

Dual beam HIDsusually have a motor assembly that moves the
HID bulb in relation to the reflector to give you the impression of
high and low beams. Works quite well as HIDs dont like to be
turned on and off that often as they would be in a dual bulb
high/low beam setup. The less you power cycle HIDs, the longer
they last.
