Sounds like the fuel pump.

Erroneous its because a loose bolt has gotten into your continum transfuctioner causing a malfunction in the flux capictator which cause you left soleniod to go causing the increased blinking speed. Its ruined.

That obviously was my next guess...

Very nice guys. I'll go check my brake light fluid.[8D]

Kinda spaced on thinking about the tail lite being out...was thinking electrical problem off the bat for some reason...thankfully its not that bad.
