Default Anyone have the tail light covers?

I just got them from American Muscle. The passenger side fits wonderfull but the drivers side doesn't fit so well. It fits okay if you mess with it for a while but than if you touch the bottom right corner, the top left corner lifts up. The passenger side one is fine and has no problems. I'm not sure if maybe I got a bad batch or if I'm going to have to modify this thing to get it to fit correctly. I'm thinking about heating it up and applying some clear RTV to the sides.

Well, were yours the same way? Passenger side good as can be and the drivers side off? I'm wondering if their mold is incorrect. What do you guys think about heating them up, applying a thin bead of clear RTV to the sides and letting it dry before releasing the pressure?

When I had a set on my car, the exact same thing happen ... passenger side was flawless, no issues - but I had to push in the bottom corner of the driver side cover everytime I got out of the car.

Same with mine. My passenger side is fine. Drivers side I have to adjust sometimes as it gets loose. If I tuck in one corner, the other corner pops out.

I guess I'm going to see what happens after driving. If it bothers me enough, I'm going to have to glue them down with some RTV.[&:]

I've had mine for 2 months, with no problems. You can't tell they aren't alligned properly by looking at them, so you're okay.

Does the one on the drivers side also hit the trunk a little when going down? No one knows and can see it but it really bothers me.
