CAI/Tune hands down... Gotta get rid of that horrid throttle response Ford stuck the stockers with.
Tri-ax next, if it's a manual. Rims/tires upgraded, go 18x9 with 275's all around :-D, then gears...

You have a sixer??? slap on a gt takeoff for $50 or so and free up that exhaust. Then go get the cai/tune
But, be it a mustang or gt500, the most important mod is you behind the wheel with your foot on the gas. That's the best thing for these cars
