finally......i HATE when i park at night, turn the car off and now the whole block has to see me put my wallet somewhere or just wanna sit for a sec to talk on the cellphone...im going to do this asap for the same reason i got tint...PRIVACY
Thats an easy fix,

LEAVE YOUR KEYS IN THE IGNITION UNTIL AFTER YOU OPEN THE DOOR TO EXIT THE VEHICLE

ORIGINAL: owero01

What are you doing in your car that needs it to be dark?[sm=devilgrin.gif]
No more need to keep the keys in the ignition while stalking.
Heck, they dont bother me, I even added two footwell lights
as well.

Doesn't bother me when the interior lights come on but when the headlights come on when I unlock the doors with the key fob... that bothers me. Any fix for that? I though you could turn that off in the computer or whatever but I could never find out how.

I could work on it to find out for you....well I'm looking at the schismatics on the head lights right now.....For a light bulb to illuminate it needs a negative and positive charge. Looking at this drawing I'm seeing 3 wires going to each head light. One wire on each head lamp UN-necessary in your case (Wingman75). There is twoblack wires which are Negativeand isimportant, so don't cut those. On the right head light you have a Light Green/White & Yellow/White..I think its the Yellow/White that has to be cut.....And on the Leftlight you have White & Violet/Yellow..I think its the Violet/Yellow that has to be cut.....Im only telling you this according to my schametics.....I would have to go look at the car to be sure.....Warning....Im not gonna be held responsible for any damages or fires on or in your car, lol.....

to the guy who said to just leave my keys in the ignition..yea i could but i forgot to mention that my driveway is on a hill so when i open the door i look like a fool bc i have to kick it open and the heavy long door likes to fly closed and catch my shin as i try to step out...so in addition to not having my neighbors seeing me play with my money, get stuff from my console, they wont get to see me playing door ninja with my left leg...

My 05 mustang doesn't do that. I have been trying to figure out how to make it do that!
