2nd gear synchro?

Im stil having a nasty grinding sound when entering 2nd gear at higher rpms, or quick shifting.. A few said with the same problem said they were going to try and change their fluids.. Has anyone done this and had results? or am I forced to get a quote on a synchro fix.

my cars only got 3500 miles and i get a slight buzz in the shifter on the 2-3 shift on regular shifting, it never does it at redline shifts though...... and its also random, doesnt do it all the time and does it weather the trans is cold or warm.... when i take the car in for the airbad reflash thing im gonna have them look at it. As for second gear..??? mines been notchy since i bought it but i have never had a grind in it...

hey .....i have been meaning to get mine checked out......it has still been doing it...but now i just match the revs when i switch gears and it goes in smoothly......get it checked out and im sure im having the same problem as you....i'd like to know what its going to end up being[:@]...PM me if you hear something would ya
